The famous Beer vs. Wine event is upping the ante this year. You’ll get to decide who will win in the battle now between Beer vs. Wine vs. Cider vs. Mead! Four chefs will be fighting to see whose dishes will come up on top, including the amazingly, talented Chef T, Hell’s Kitchen season 14 runner-up. Not only will each chef be fighting for bragging rights, they will be fighting for a cause. The chef who wins will be donating the proceeds from this event to the charity of their choice! This is a 5 (FIVE) Course Event
You get to taste 4 small dishes in EAH course – for a total of 20! dishes…
Here is how it works….
For each of the 5 courses: you get a 4 dishes – one made and paired with a Virginia Wine, a Virginia cider, a Virginia beer, and a Virginia mead… and, the ingredient needs to be the main feature of the dish, and it also has to have that wine, cider, beer, or mead in the dish as an ingredient too. (wine/mead serving size is 2 ounces, beer/cider serving size is 3 ounces).
This event will run about 3 hours in length… you will not know which chef cooked which dish until the very end of the event

Introductions, meet the Chefs Cocktail time: 5:30 PM – 5:50 PM
Course 1: 6:00 PM – 6:20 PM
Course 2: 6:30 PM – 6:50 PM
Course 3: 7:00 PM – 7:20 PM
Course 4: 7:30 PM – 7:50 PM
Course 5: 8:00 PM – 8:20 PM
Final Voting, meet the Chefs Mingle time: 8:30 PM – 8:50 PM
Final Awards, and Chef Champion: 8:50 PM – 9:00 PM
Best Dish – voting by items in each course – 5 awards, 1 for each course
Best overall pairing – voting overall – 1 award over all 20 dishes
