Enjoy Valentines Day with your significant other at Whitebarrel Winery for a 5 course meal prepared by Chef Rik.

Each Ticket is $75.00, or $140.00 for two, includes gratuity

Course 1:  “Hearted Scallops” Scallops, rose hips, confit honey, and crisp apple, paired with Bin 997


Course 2: “Kissing Gourami” Baked cod in a cranberry and pomegranate sauce, with truffle and sage grits and crisp carrots. Paired with Cabernet franc


Course 3:  “Sweet Duckling” Honey-glazed duck breast in a savory cherry sauce with roasted Brussel sprouts and sweet potato.  Paired with Merlot


Course 4:  “Intermezzo” (sparkling Virginia wine and cider) with prosciutto-wrapped melon


Course 5: “Lady and the Tramp” Italian meatballs with Gnocchi over porcini and portabella mushrooms paired with Petit Verdot


Course 6: “Afternoon Delight” Homemade vanilla ice cream with grilled pound cake soaked in raspberry cognac sauce paired with Fig Wine.
