What to expect:
Book your reservation at a 4:30 PM seating or a 6:30 PM seating. Tables will be spaced at least 6 feet apart. We hope to have our outdoor patio enclosed and heated by that time, so you can also choose to be outside as well.
We will follow all COVID-19 guidance for this event. Masks are required.
This is a five course Dinner paired with Wine
(each course has a gluten free or vegetarian option where applicable)
Course 1 – Tomato and red pepper soup with a parmesan and fontina roll-up (gluten free option): pair with Bin 214
Course 2 – Mixed green salad with Endive, beets, and radishes in a (Whitebarrel vinegar reduction). Pair with Chardonnay
Intermezzo – homemade cucumber and Bin 704 granita
Course 3 – Fettuccine Alfredo with rosemary bread twists (gluten free option) pair with vidal blanc (gluten free option)
Course 4 – Garlic-Honey glazed Chicken thighs on a bed of Red Flint Polenta and side of green beans (vegetarian replace chicken with tofu): pair with Merlot
Intermezzo – herb-infused red wine sorbetto served in Navel Peel (this is a homemade Campari made from Whitebarrel wine)
Course 5 – salted almond and vanilla ice cream over a chocolate and hazelnut biscotti: Pair with Bin 831 or fig (Gluten free option)
