We will follow all COVID-19 guidance for this event. Masks are recommended for all regardless of vaccination status.
This is a five course Dinner paired with Wine. Tickets are $75.00 per person / $150 per couple all inclusive of wine, dinner, taxes, etc.
(each course has a gluten free or vegetarian option where applicable)
Course 1 – Tomato and red pepper soup with a parmesan and fontina (gluten free, can be vegan): pair with Bin 214
Course 2 – Mixed green salad with beets, and radishes in a (Whitebarrel vinegar reduction) – (gluten free). Pair with Chardonnay
Intermezzo – homemade Bin 704 granita (gluten free, vegan)
Course 3 – Fettuccine Alfredo with rosemary bread (gluten free option, vegan option) pair with vidal blanc
Course 4 – Garlic-Honey glazed Chicken thigh on a bed of Red lentil Polenta and side of green beans (can be vegan (tofu), gluten free): pair with Merlot
Course 5 – herb-infused red wine sorbetto (this is a homemade Campari made from Whitebarrel wine) and raspberry crumble cookie: Pair with Cabernet franc (Gluten free and vegan)
