Wedding or Catered events

– Outdoors or on the covered patio – indoors is available if coordinated at the time of booking and based on State restrictions.

– Saturday/Sunday venues available from 1 May – 1 December. Event start times are at 12pm, ending by 4pm OR starting at 5pm ending by 9pm (also subject to change based on governmental orders)

– Rehearsal/Rehearsal Dinners: we will reserve a lunch from 12:30 – 2:00 and rehearsal and social time from 2:00 – 4:00 PM Friday before the ceremony/reception. This is limited to the wedding party/family and capped at 25 people and a photographer. The cost for this is $49.99 per person and includes lunch and two drink tickets. Under 21 is free.

What is included:

  • Venue for the times specified
  • Ceremony space
  • Reception space
  • Tables and Chairs, all utensils, plates, napkins, etc
  • Linens (color your choice)
  • Wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Soup, salad, and buffet lunch or dinner (details provided separately) – we do not allow outside food other than a cake.
  • Sound system for playlists – we do not allow “DJ’s”. a private band is ok.
  • Set-up, clean-up, personnel to support the event
  • What is not covered: photographer, flowers, decorations, officiant, cake

Wedding and Catered Events Pricing:

  • Less than 8 people: $1,999 flat fee (does not include sales tax, food and beverage tax)

  • 8-12 people: $279/ person (does not include sales tax, food and beverage tax).
  • 12-29 people: $249/ person (does not include sales tax, food and beverage tax).
  • 30-50 people: $219/person (does not include sales tax, food and beverage tax).

Venue Only Events

Note: outside food is not allowed inside or on the patio but you can bring outside food and non-alcoholic beverages to the Gazebo, which is in the vineyard. Note: Due to insurance restrictions, weddings, receptions, or ceremonies of any kind are not included in this category.

  • Tables and Chairs, all utensils, plates, napkins if ordering food from us. If food is not ordered through us, then we can rent you these things for $13/person – in this case we sanitize, and wash dished and utensils)
  • Personnel to support your event
  • A refundable clean-up fee of $75.00 is required upon booking, which can be used against the final food/beverage bill if desired or applied for clean-up after the event.

Pricing for Venue rental:

  • 1-14 people: $349 flat fee(not including applicable taxes)
  • 15-19 people: $25/person (not including applicable taxes)
  • 20-24 people: $22/person (not including applicable taxes)
  • 25-29 people: $20/person (not including applicable taxes)
  • 30-35 people: $19.50/person (not including applicable taxes)
  • 36-45 people: $16.25/person (not including applicable taxes)
  • 46-50 people: $15.80/person (not including applicable taxes)

Business/Corporate/University Retreats

– No more than 50.

What is included:

  • Start time no earlier than 8:00 AM – must end by 5:00 PM – Can only be Monday-Thursday week.
  • Breakfast option: $12.00 per person; lunch option: $17.00 per person, cocktail and appetizer ending option: $25 per person – includes all beer and wine and food. We do not allow outside food unless the event is exclusively outside.
  • To order food a la carte – orders must be received at least 1 week prior to the event – not included in the cost.

  • Linens (color your choice)
  • Sound system, TV for presentations
  • Set-up, clean-up, personnel to support the event

Venue Rental pricing:

  • 1-25 people: $750.00 (not including applicable taxes)
  • 25-50 people: $1,000.00 (not including applicable taxes)

Event Information

Payments and Costs

  • 20% on booking. 50% within 30 days of event, 30% 24 hours before event.
  • All payments are non-refundable and are at risk to government restrictions.
  • If a rehearsal option is chosen: first payment of $500 is due upon booking. The second payment (balance of event) is required by the Monday before the Friday event. All payments are non-refundable.
